By downloading or using WisperTalk, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

WisperTalk provides a custom keyboard and companion app that convert your speech into text using a third-party transcription service. You are responsible for how you use the transcribed text.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use WisperTalk on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference except where these Terms are more specific.

3. Subscriptions and billing

All billing is handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WisperTalk to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or transmit content you do not have the right to process. You are solely responsible for the content you dictate.

5. Third-party services

Transcription is provided by a third party (Groq). Your use of that service through WisperTalk is subject to the provider's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

Speech recognition is not perfect. WisperTalk may produce inaccurate transcriptions. You are responsible for reviewing text before you send or rely on it. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WisperTalk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
